Hi Everyone! I'm Roxanne, the Executive Planner here at The Ordered Step Event Co.

I am truly grateful when clients entrust my team and I to lead their event. I do not take that lightly. I am all about the details and logistics! From setup, keeping everything in order, problem solving, managing family dynamics of weddings, registration and attendee engagement at conferences, you name it! I just love taking any burdens off of my clients. What I love the most are the relationships we build during the process.

A little bit more about my personal life: I enjoy volunteering, serving others, listening to music, traveling, working out, watching football, and spending quality time with my family, but most importantly my four children. They keep me busy!! I also head a non-profit serving families who have children on the Autism spectrum. Hope to hear from you soon!
